*NEW* Teaching for Black Lives

A workshop to highlight ways educators can make their classrooms and schools sites of resistance to white supremacy. Explore the ideas and lessons from the newly published book by Rethinking Schools, Teaching for Black Lives. Participants will receive a free copy of Teaching for Black Lives. Limit 40. Please join us on Tuesday, September 25 at 4:30pm at the MTEA. Registration is required. Sessions with low registration numbers may be cancelled.

This session is FREE for MTEA members. If you are not a Member of the MTEA yet, you can join before the workshop. Along with being a part of an organization that is fighting for our students and our profession, MTEA members can attend other professional development courses for free.
